Founded by Patrick Farmer, along with Brad and Jack Freeman, our team brings over seven years of hands-on experience in land clearing, grading, site preparation, and forestry mulching throughout South Carolina and the surrounding Southeast.

What started as a shared passion for working outdoors and helping others has grown into a trusted land management business known for reliability, precision, and customer care. We take pride in transforming overgrown or undeveloped properties into clean, functional spaces that are ready for whatever comes next — whether it's a new home, a farm expansion, or commercial development.
